Terms and Conditions

• Documentation Fee: A small documentation fee may apply to lots purchase. Acredepot will handle all necessary documentation and deed recording services.
• Condition of Land: The land is sold "as is" without any express or implied representations or warranties from the seller.
• Due Diligence: Prospective buyers are strongly advised to perform their own due diligence to ensure their satisfaction with the property before making a purchase.
• Accuracy of Information: All information provided in this listing is based on reliable sources and is believed to be accurate to the best of our knowledge.
• Tax Responsibility: There will be no outstanding back year taxes at the time of conveyance, but the buyer will be responsible for current year taxes and any liens.
• Quit Claim Deed: Upon full payment, the seller guarantees to provide the buyer with a Quit Claim Deed.
